ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds, accept returns, or exchange items.

Return to Sender (by carrier) 

  • an address is invalid or missing information

  • carrier is unable to deliver package

  • customer refuse

 Return to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will not receive a refund.

Damaged Packages

Robyn’s Closet is not responsible for damage item from carrier. We do not issue refunds for damage items. If you receive a damage item please contact our customer service email robyncloset@outlook.com within the hour of when your package was delivered (Ex: Delivered 12/9/2020 1:00pm) you have till 12/9/2020 at 2:00pm to contact us about your damaged item. when your claim has been investigated and approved you will receive a discount on your order.
