Shipping Policy

Robyn’s Closet do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter the correct address when checking out so the package and be delivered correctly and promptly. Once the order is placed we are unable to make any changes in our system. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. We do not issues refunds or credit for packages that is confirmed by carrier it has been delivered.

Process Time

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separated from shipment time Processing time (2-3 business days) this does not include weekends or holidays.

When order is shipped out you will receive a email with a tracking number

Delivery Claim

If you experience a non delivered shipment or your tracking information shows package was delivered and you did not receive it CONTACT CARRIER Robyn’s Closet is not responsible for any delivery errors once out of our possession.

Saturday 9:00am-6:30pm (Central Time)

NO SUNDAY DELIVERIES

Deliveries are only available to customer who are Memphis TN residents.

MEETUPS ARE CONSIDERED AS A DELIVERY

Pickup Policy

Pickup Location: Whitehaven Area

Monday thru Friday 3:30pm-7:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-6:30pm

Sunday 2:00pm- 6:30pm

Pickup location is for Memphis Tennessee residents only. If someone other than yourself pick up items on your behalf WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any damage or stolen items once out of our possession. Location will be given out once order is made; location is a personal address.
